ELARA began with a simple idea:
a cookie could be more than a flavour.
It could have a landscape.
A colour.
A character.
A world of its own.
The beginning
From one cookie to a constellation.
ELARA was created from a desire to take the precision, flavour and imagination of pâtisserie and place it inside something familiar.
A cookie.
From there, the idea expanded.
Instead of building a collection around traditional flavour names, each creation became a World — shaped by the colours, landscapes and character of planets and moons.
The result is a constellation of cookies designed to be explored one World at a time.
The craft

Every ELARA World begins with flavour. The celestial identity comes afterwards.
Textures, centres, colour and finishing details are developed to support the taste of the cookie — never to disguise it.
ELARA brings pâtisserie techniques into a generous cookie format: soft-baked doughs, composed centres, chocolate, fruit, caramel, spice and carefully considered finishes.
The universe may be imagined.
The pastry is real.
The constellation
Six Worlds.
One orbit.
The permanent ELARA constellation is formed by six Core Worlds. Each has its own flavour, colour, texture and character.
Alongside them travels one Limited World — created for a single journey before another takes its place.
The collection can evolve. The orbit remains.

Built through
pâtisserie.
ELARA was created by pastry chef Daniel Garcia.
Trained at Le Cordon Bleu London and shaped by years in professional pastry kitchens, Daniel's work has moved through pâtisserie, chocolate, hospitality, product development and teaching.
ELARA brings those experiences into one project — combining technical pastry with a more imaginative way of presenting flavour.
The ambition is simple:
to make something people remember before the box is empty.

New Limited Worlds, seasonal journeys, gifting, collaborations and future Missioneer creations will continue to expand the constellation.
